For new clients, please arrive 5-10mins before the scheduled appointment, so you can fill out some important paperwork that helps us use your consult time most effectively. Our therapists aim to run on time wherever possible, so please ensure you are on time or a few minutes early.
If you are late to an appointment, we are not able to extend the appointment as it is not fair to the next client.
We only require GP referrals for:
We have HICAPS for immediate claim of private health insurance rebates for all appointments. We accept Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard and cash. We do expect full payment on the day of your appointment.
EPC (GP Management Plan) clients can be reimbursed their Medcare rebate at the time of their appointment, saving a trip to Medicare.
We do charge non-attendance and late cancellation fees.
We require 24hrs notice for any changing or cancelling of appointments so we can offer your time slot to other clients. We send email appointment confirmations as well as a reminder email message the day beforehand as an extra reminder.
